HALF MOON INCENSE
Hakudo Moon incense is a delicate craft made in awaji island in Japan.
It is a pure composition of fragrant woods and resins which are gently grinded from hinoki, sandalwood, frankincense, cinnamon, benzoin and dynamically blended with selected moon essences of turmeric, rosemary, blue cypress, and hinoki.

YELLOW NOSE STUDIO
A moon diffuser with two organically contoured ceramic objects. A half circle and a pillar expose their raw surfaces, where it is ideal to drip the essence of hakudo moon. Other facets are glazed in mat white, generating a unique contrast as one explores new angles of sculpture.

Inspired by aoiro’s moon poem, Yellow Nose Studio uses shapes and materials to explore the relationship between the moon and the night. A contrast of rawness with the fine clay. A freedom of forms that remains abstract. Through their iconic approach of practice, yellow nose studio invites ones to create their moons and nights.

Yellow Nose is a Berlin-based studio founded in 2017 by Hsin-Ying Ho and Kai-Ming Tung—a Taiwanese duo with backgrounds in architecture.
The pair are constantly on a quest to find the perfect balance within space through handmade objects. Following a desire to create using raw materials in unforeseen ways, they craft with the organic to present items that are usually inorganic, display their logic through emotional processes, and ultimately propel their craft forward through waves of industrial design. Yellow Nose Studio endeavours to represent slow living through living tools for savouring the spaces we live in and walk through from day to day.
